Miami App Studio ("we", "our", "us") builds custom AI web apps, automations, dashboards, internal tools, and provides AI consulting for small businesses. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit miamiappstudio.com, request a quote, contact us, or engage us for a project.

Contact & quote forms: name, email, phone (optional), company name, project details, budget range, and any message content you submit.
Email correspondence: the contents of emails you send to us at sales@miamiappstudio.com or any other Miami App Studio address.
Project files & credentials: if you become a client, you may share files, login credentials, brand assets, or business data that we need to deliver the project. These are handled per the engagement contract.

Information collected automatically

Log & device data: IP address, browser type, device type, referrer, and pages viewed (collected by our hosting provider, Cloudflare, for security and reliability).
Analytics: aggregate usage data via Google Analytics (page views, sessions, geographic region) where enabled.

To respond to inquiries, send quotes, and communicate with prospective and current clients.

We retain inquiry and quote data for up to 24 months unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Active client records are retained for the duration of the engagement and up to 7 years afterward for accounting, tax, and legal purposes.
